The History of Uganda's Most Prestigious School For Young Ladies
This girls only Catholic institution was founded by Mother Kevina, in 1946. The school consistently ranks among the top performing secondary schools in Uganda.
The school motto is "Through Knowledge to Virtue".
Current Enrollement
Currently, there are about 700 students in the school with about 40 teachers. The advanced level has a total of 84 girls.

Mt. St. Mary's College Namagunga is located in a town called Lugazi. Lugazi is 38Km east of Kampala City, on the Kampala - Jinja Highway.
